A
comprehensive city of approximately 2 million square metres by the Lagos
Lagoon consisting of residential, commercial and public service areas.
Planned for 30,000 residents. As at December 31, 2001, half of its planned
residents are living in the city.
The city
is perfectly finished with modern infrastructures. Electricity is connected to the National grid so power is
very stable. A water
treatment plan is installed with a house-to-house connection of potable
water. The telephone exchange in the city is connected to the
international gateway with a fibre backbone.
The roads are well paved and streetlights are backed-up with a
standby generator. The recreational park is second to none in Nigeria.
Land and houses are still on sale as the estate is on its third and final phase.
