HFP Engineering (Nigeria) Limited initiated a property development strategy that has provided the Company with a substantial portfolio of first choice real estate in Lagos and Abuja (the capital city of Nigeria) including commercial and residential properties.  HFP acquires land from government and builds office blocks and shopping complexes for sale or rent to the public.  Some of the shopping complexes still selling shops are : Ikota international market, VGC shopping complex , Dolphin shopping complex and VGC conference center. 

In recent past we have undertaken construction of low and medium income housing estates.  One of the most exclusive estates we have constructed is Danny Estate. The biggest and most efficient private city in Nigeria, Victoria Garden City, was conceived by HFP in 1997 and is in its final phase of construction. On completion, the city will have a population of about 30,000 residents.  Land and houses are still being sold.
