One of the main activities of HFP is the successful design and execution of various civil engineering and construction projects. HFP has been able to record this success through its wholly owned factories that manufacture precast elements and other construction materials it uses for its projects. HFP Engineering (Nig) Ltd therefore is one of the largest construction companies in Nigeria and a leader in the area of estate development.
As at today HFP has
constructed over 300 houses of various types and sizes including
2-storey detached houses and duplexes. Many of the houses come complete
with swimming pool, tennis court and gardens. Most of the houses are
located in the highbrow areas of Victoria Island and Ikoyi in Lagos
State, Nigeria.
HFP is also a major participant in the Office block construction market and was responsible for the construction of roughly 20% (twenty per cent) of the office buildings in the professional centre of Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Many blocks of flats have been constructed by HFP all over Lagos State, Nigeria and as of today it has built over 2000 (two thousand) units of flats including both 2 and 3 bedroom flats. Some of the flats were constructed in estates belonging to the Lagos State Property Development Corporation of Lagos State, Nigeria.
In addition to residential houses, flats and office buildings HFP has also constructed hundreds of buildings ranging from shopping centres, hospitals, schools, Roads, Drains and monuments.
